Getting the license is certainly easy enough and in some states you can do most or all of your pre-licensing classes online. Making a living selling real estate is the hard part though. Talk to a number of newer agents already in the business, find out about their experiences, number of hours worked on average, and how much money are they making. The first couple of years in our industry shows an extremely high dropout rate. If you really like having and expect a regular paycheck to show up, be prepared for the real world of real estate. Not for the faint of heart.

to become a real state agent one must go to a real estate schools the course conducts business strategy like trading in order to identify market trends and patterns. Try searching for a school for your profession.

If the TV came with an internal Tuner, you’re ready to go – providing you have a UHF antennae installed/connected that is able to pick up local (Over the Air (OTA)) your channels such as FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, and PBS — all of which broadcast many shows in HD. To get other HD movies and sports programming, your choices are limited to DirectTV, DishNet, and Cable … all of which require a contract with them and a special Tuner/Receiver (that they provide). There are great deals being offered by all of them that basically has you paying nothing for installation and the equipment – providing you sign up for a minimum term contract – usually 1 year.

ok, here goes. i’ve had direct in the past and don’t care to use them again, just my opinion.
if you’re not so sure using direct or dish, you may want to check into getting a fta (free to air) reciever. you will need to purchase the reciever, dish and hook ups. but the channels that you get are free to view as long as it isn’t motified to get illegal channels. i’m just now starting to research the fta, so i really don’t have much info on it. i am currently looking on ebay for a good price.
anyways, to try to answer your ?;
i think that the companies think that when you order more than 4 recievers, that you are ordering more to use outside your home (ex. purchasing 1 for a neighbor to use, which would be conciddered stealing).
as far as renting – you can get upto 4 free recievers, however they aren’t actually charging a rental fee, but rather you will be signing/contracting with them agreeing to their terms of use -usually 12-18 months. if you don’t keep up the pymts for that length of time, they will turn the satellites off and you will be required to yet pay the difference in the time left that you did not pay for. (ex.- you sign up for 12 months @ 30.00 a month, you pay 4 months worth and deside to stop paying, they will then come after you for the remaining 8 months of pay @ 30.00 each even tho you aren’t using it)
you can buy your own elsewhere if you don’t want to contract with them, meaning you will not be required to keep it for a min of months. however, when doing this, most likely they will require that you purchase a new card in your name for the reciever which is around 20.00 each.
to buy a cheap reciever outright – that depends on whom is selling it. some ppl will give it away and some won’t.
i would look around to buy a used reciever and compare that price with purchasing a new one. just keep in mind that when you purchase a used one, you will probley yet have to pay an additional 20.00 for the card (if it uses a card).
if i’m not mistaking, i think direct charges around 30.00-50.00 for an additional reciever after the 4th one, so it may be cheaper to go with getting new ones by the time you figure the price of a used one then the cost of the card. plus if you get a new one from direct, it should come with a warranty whereas a used will not probley. when purchasing thru direct, they generally give you hbo or stars channels free for about 3 months and i don’t think you can get that when you activate a used system.
also, say that you go with a pkg that is 30.00 a month, then add 4 recievers, you’ll be looking to pay 50.00 a month as they charge around 5.00 extra per an extra reciever.
